During my stay, I loved the quick walk to the Frankenmuth River Place Shops and enjoyed the charming views at Heritage Park, making every stroll feel special. the staff was incredibly friendly and full of helpful tips for exploring the area, adding to my overall experience.

The front desk staff made an effort to accommodate our needs when we arrived. They rearranged rooms to keep us on the same floor, but it was not ideal since we requested adjoining rooms in advance.

The room was hard to access due to a high bed, which was a challenge for my father-in-law who required assistance. The hotel policy of not guaranteeing requested room types left us disappointed.

Had a great stay! The pool was perfect for our kids, and we loved the cleanliness of our room. The breakfast had a neat pancake machine that was a hit!

Our room with 2 queen beds was super spacious, really cozy, and clean. The staff were friendly and helped a lot. Breakfast was cool since we could order ahead, tho the pool was closed, which was a bummer for the kids! Great spot close to everything.

I had the best lazy morning enjoying the delicious breakfast spread – it was a feast of options! The indoor heated pool was perfect for a late-night swim, adding a splash of fun. I felt so at home in my cozy Queen Suite with Two Queen Beds Sofa Bed, truly a little sanctuary.

We stayed in a King Suite which was super spacious for the kids and their friends to lounge around. The front desk attendants were beyond helpful, even going out of their way when my wipers broke in an ice storm to call up the auto parts store.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but given the service and the amenities, it still felt acceptable.
